Real-Time Production Tracking: Our In-House MES Keeps Custom Orders On Schedule

For teams and brands, a jersey deadline is not flexible — the season starts when it starts. That is why we developed our own Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in-house: every custom sportswear order is tracked through all 13 production stages in real time, and any delay is flagged the day it happens, not the week after.

Why We Built Our Own MES

Custom sublimated sportswear is not a standard product flow. A single order may pass through heat transfer, laser cutting, tackle twill, screen printing and embroidery in different combinations — no two orders share exactly the same route. Off-the-shelf ERP software is built for standardized mass production and simply could not model this level of order-specific routing.

So our engineering team built an MES tailored to our workshop. It knows every decoration method we offer, the real capacity of each line, and — most importantly — the delivery date each customer is counting on.

What the System Tracks for Every Order

Each order in the MES carries its style code, product type, quantity, customer, decoration method and a complete stage-by-stage schedule. Every stage records both the planned date and the actual completion date, so progress is measured against the promise, not just noted.

Our live MES board: every order row shows planned (top) and actual (bottom) dates for each of the 13 stages — pattern room, design, cutting, printing, sewing and packing. Orders that slip behind schedule are flagged in red for same-day review.
01

Pattern Room

Every style starts in our pattern room, where block patterns are graded and the first sample is approved before bulk.

02

Design & Artwork

Team logos, colors and name sets are prepared and proofed against the approved design.

03

Order Review

Sales and production jointly review quantity, fabric, decoration method and the customer's deadline.

04

Cut Planning

Marker planning assigns each order to a fabric lot and reserves capacity on the right line.

05

Print Proof Check

Test prints are inspected for color accuracy and registration before bulk printing runs.

06

Sublimation / Heat Transfer

Graphics are transferred onto fabric with calibrated time, temperature and pressure.

07

Laser Cutting

Laser cutting delivers clean, fray-free edges for panels and appliqués.

08

Tackle Twill / Applied Numbers

Numbers and lettering are cut, weeded and heat-applied for a raised, durable finish.

09

Fabric Cutting

Bulk fabric is cut to markers; each bundle is labeled and traceable to its order.

10

Screen Printing

Multi-color screen prints are applied where the design calls for them.

11

Embroidery

Crests and logos are embroidered to the approved artwork.

12

Sewing

Garments are assembled on computerized lines with stage-level QC checks.

13

Packing & Dispatch

Final inspection, polybagging, carton packing and handover to DHL / UPS / FedEx.

Exception Alerts Before Delays Happen

The most valuable screen in our factory is the exception board. When any order slips behind its planned schedule at any stage, the MES highlights it in red the same day. Production managers review flagged orders daily and re-allocate capacity — overtime, a parallel line, or a priority slot — while there is still time to recover.

This is how a fabric delay on one order never turns into a missed tournament for a customer. Problems are surfaced in hours, handled in days, and the delivery date holds.

What This Means for Our Customers

  • On-time delivery for fixed dates — season openers, tournaments and retail launches are planned backwards from your deadline.
  • Full transparency — ask for a status update at any time and we can tell you exactly which stage your order is in and when each step completed.
  • Faster problem resolution — exceptions are detected and escalated the same day, not discovered at packing.
  • Consistent quality — every stage has its own inspection checkpoint before work moves on.

Built for Event Deadlines, Not Just Order Deadlines

Most of our customers are ordering for a moment: the first game of the season, a championship, a product launch. Our MES schedules every order against that moment. Combined with our 7–10 day sampling and low MOQ from 1 piece, it lets brands, clubs and schools order factory-direct with the same confidence as a bulk buyer.
